Ian works at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and that building is The Kraemer Family Library, which can also be seen from a different angle on the very first page of The Ghost Dog. You can’t drive up on that side though; that circular path is a walking path not meant for cars, but it made for a better panel if they could drive right up to the front, so I ignored that detail.
